Surprise surprise, Reader!
I'm popping in to your inbox unexpectedly today for good reason. My wheels have been a'turnin and I have some big new ideas brewing to bring more value and resources regarding home design and decor needs and challenges.
I'm starting with a regular Q&A series where I address your burning design/decor/renovation questions. [Today's answers address window treatments, mixing patterns, sizing light fixtures, and e-design.]
If that sounds like something you're here for, keep reading! If not, and you prefer to only get my monthly β¨Design Digestβ¨ newsletters, all you have to do is click to updated your profile below to choose what topics or emails you'd like to get from me. In fact, at the bottom of each of my emails you'll see βUnsubscribe | Update your profile where you can always adjust your preferences.
And, no hard feelings! I get it! I'm constantly filtering what subscriptions are emailed to me. I know your inbox is precious real estate, and I am so thankful you allow me in (in whatever capacity you choose).
I thought I'd share here some of the questions I got on Instagram, along with my answers in gray in case you missed it.
Now, there are much more sophisticated ways to properly decide scale on a light fixture, but sometimes simple is best. Promise not to judge my crafty balloon or box idea. π And, that "tap here" link above obvs doesn't work, but if you'd like to pick a time for us to chat, this link will!
What about you, Reader? Do you have a burning question I can answer? A design dilemma? You can simply reply to this here email and shoot me your questions (you can even include photos if you want), or hop over to Instagram stories. I've got a question box up now and hope to put one up weekly. There's already great questions coming in regarding built-ins, engineered hardwood flooring, and window muntins, oh my!
How can I help?
xo
